- Helped more than 6,800 people get to and from cancer-related medical appointments through our Wheels of Hope transportation program.
- Funded $50 million in cancer research and innovation including:
- $35.8M to enhance treatment and quality of life.
- $3M to advance cancer prevention research.
- $5.9M to improve early diagnosis.
- $13.6M to enable over 131 clinical trials to test new strategies to treat and prevent cancer.
At this time, the Go Dry campaign is not available in French. We are currently working with our third-party vendor Ezy Raise to develop a French Go Dry program that will be available in the near future.

All Go Dry fundraising must be conducted through the Go Dry website (godry.ca) to ensure your donors receive their tax receipts from the Canadian Cancer Society. By signing up on godry.ca, you are eligible to enter our fundraising competitions for a chance to win prizes, and receive health tips, fundraising tools and motivation to get you through your dry month.
When you signed up you will have created your own Go Dry profile page. This profile page has a unique URL / link that you can share with family, friends and colleagues to encourage donations. We also have a number of fundraising ideas to help you raise money.
On your profile page, people can make a donation through our secure payment form using a valid credit card or PayPal.
While we encourage all donations to be made online, we realize this isn't always possible. To make a donation with cash or cheque, please download and fill in our offline Donation Form.
Once you've filled in the form, please send the form and donation to:

Absolutely! When signing up, check the box, “I don't live in Canada.”
The Go Dry challenge is open to those who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry.
The ‘number of years taken part’ in your profile picture badge will show all of the years you have taken part regardless of whether you’ve raised funds those years. However, the ‘funds raised over the years’ section on your profile page will only show the years that you’ve raised funds.
If the ‘number of years taken part’ badge in your profile picture doesn’t accurately show how many years you have taken part, this is likely because you have used a different email address when signing up to participate in one or more of those years. If you don’t believe that is the case, please contact us at [email protected].
