Kick-start the year with some magical mocktail recipes
Give yourself the gift of health this year by limiting your alcohol intake and reducing your cancer risk. Drinking any type of alcohol raises your chance of developing cancer and the more you cut back, the better.
Challenge yourself to go alcohol-free for the first month of the year by participating in Go Dry, a program that raises funds for the Canadian Cancer Society. It helps you get healthy and clear your head while also fundraising for an important cause.
You don’t have to miss out on upcoming celebrations while you’re participating in Go Dry, you can enjoy a delicious mocktail instead! Get creative with the DIY mocktail suggestions below and tailor your drink to your taste.

Important Note
Go Dry is a fundraising campaign aimed at challenging social drinkers to change their habits for a month and make some healthy lifestyle changes. We would encourage people to drink responsibly and stick to the recommended daily guidelines for the rest of the year. We advise heavy drinkers or people dependent on alcohol to speak with their doctor before signing up to Go Dry.
